The data recorded in our databases are, among others: public reviews, such as address, telephone numbers, emails. In any case, at any time, the owner of the information may revoke his or her consent and exercise his or her right to deletion of personal data enshrined in Law 1581 of 2012.
If you wish to consult information or request the deletion of your personal data from our databases, please contact us within 30 days following the publication of this notice to the address calle 29 no. 41-105 Medellín or to the email informacion@ transtainer.com.co. If you decide not to do so, once the aforementioned period has expired, we will consider the processing of your personal data authorized. The foregoing, without prejudice to the right of the owner of the information at any time to consult, know, update their personal data, or request its deletion or rectification.
